A Claude based system for B2B outbound

We know why your outbound never happens.

Lead It runs LinkedIn outbound continuously, scanning triggers, scoring fit, writing personalized messages, triaging replies. Five minutes a day to approve. Meetings end up on your calendar. Structured, plannable, effective. The job, finally done.

THE WOUND

The job is shitty. That's why no one does it.

You know you should be running LinkedIn outbound. You're almost certainly not. It's not laziness. You're working harder than you ever have. It's that the job itself is awful, and no tool fixes that.

of founders say outbound is the work they avoid most

  1. 01
    The blank-cursor tax

Hours of profile-reading and message-writing for a handful of replies, most of which go nowhere. Unclear ROI on the time spent. Easy to deprioritize when client work is screaming.

  2. 02
    It feels embarrassing

Most operators won't say it out loud, but there's the part where outbound feels like asking a stranger to dance. So you don't.

  3. 03
The tools speed up the bad parts

Apollo, Smartlead, Gojiberry. They optimize sending, the part you were going to do anyway. The thinking half stays just as shitty. So they sit in browser tabs you don't open.

  4. 04
The pipeline dries, the gap widens

A week of effort, then quiet. Three weeks later, the calendar is empty, the shame compounds, and the cycle restarts on a Tuesday night that goes nowhere.

THE DIAGNOSIS

The wound isn't that tools are too expensive. It's that the job shouldn't have to be done by a human anymore.

THE SHIFT

From "I should be doing this" to "this is already done."

Same outbound work. Different operator. Lead It moves the human from drafter to approver, from chaser to reviewer. Five minutes a day, planned and finite.

BEFORE

You, alone, on a Tuesday night

  • ×
    Open LinkedIn. Scroll. Get distracted.
No clear starting point. No queue. No plan.
  • ×
Read 8 profiles to find one worth messaging
40 minutes of context-switching for a single send.
  • ×
Write the message. Hate the message. Rewrite.
The blank-cursor tax, paid every single time.
  • ×
    Forget to follow up
Day-3 cadence becomes day-12 becomes never.
  • ×
    Quietly stop after a week
Pipeline dries. The shame compounds. Cycle repeats.
3 hrsper week. ~6 sends. 0 to 1 reply.
AFTER

You, with Lead It, before coffee

  • Open Claude. Today's queue is waiting.
    Triggers scanned overnight. Fit-scored. Ranked.
  • 4 prospects. Each pre-drafted with context.
Their post, their hire, their funding. Already in the message.
  • Approve, edit, or skip. That's the verb.
No cursor blinking at you. The work was done.
  • Follow-ups run themselves on day 3, 7, 14
Cadence is not your problem. It's the system's.
  • Replies triaged. Meetings booked.
You see the calendar fill. You don't see the noise.
25 minper week. 30+ sends. 2 to 4 meetings.
HOW IT RUNS

Four loops, running while you sleep.

Lead It is not a button you press. It's a continuous Claude routine. Triggers are scanned overnight, prospects are scored, messages are drafted, replies are triaged. You inherit a queue, not a blank page.

  1. 01TRIGGER
    TechCorp posted "Senior PM"02:14

    Watch the world for openings

Hires, posts, comments, funding, jobs. Lead It listens to LinkedIn and your trigger feeds 24/7 so you don't have to refresh anything.

  2. 02SCORE

    Score against your ICP

Title, company stage, recent signals, mutuals, your sent history. Anything below your threshold never makes the queue. You only ever see the top tier.

  3. 03DRAFT

Saw your post on shipping velocity. The "stop estimating, start measuring" framing matches what we hit at our last…|

    Write the message, with context

Their actual post, hire, or funding goes into the draft. No "Hi {firstName}, I came across your profile." Each message references something real.

  4. 04APPROVE
    VP Eng · TechCorp92
    ApproveEditSkip
to send · ⌘E to edit · ⌘. to skip

    Five minutes. You decide.

The human is the final filter, not the first drafter. Approve in one tap, edit in five seconds, or skip. The system handles cadence, follow-ups, and reply triage from there.

Always onLoops 1 to 3 run continuously. Loop 4 (you) runs once a day, on your schedule.
VS. THE ALTERNATIVES

Apollo, Smartlead, Gojiberry. Doing it yourself. None of them.

The other tools optimize the wrong half. They speed up sending. We move the human out of drafting. Different category, different outcome.

OPERATORS RUNNING IT

The people who hate outbound the most are the ones who run Lead It.

Founders, consultants, and GTM leads who'd given up on LinkedIn. They're not power users. They're allergic users. That's the test.

I'd tried Apollo, Smartlead, and three Gojiberry trials before this. They all sped up the wrong half. Lead It is the first thing where the human part actually feels small. Five minutes a morning, three meetings a week, no shame spiral. I forgot what that felt like.
Devon HayesFounder, Northwind · 2-person team
I went from 6 LinkedIn messages a quarter to 30 a week. The bigger shift: I stopped dreading Tuesdays. The queue is just there when I open Claude.
Priya AnandSolo consultant, B2B SaaS
What sold me was the 'human is the final filter, not the first drafter' framing. After two weeks, I realized that's actually true. I'm reviewing, not writing.

  1. 01
    You run the Daily Routine

Five minutes a morning, four out of five weekdays, for thirty days. The Skill keeps the streak count itself, so there's nothing to track.

  2. 02
    The pipeline doesn't move

Fewer than 2 booked meetings and fewer than 5 qualified replies after 30 days. The Skill computes both numbers from your live thread data.

01Is this a Chrome extension or a SaaS dashboard?

Neither. Lead It is a Skill that runs inside Claude. You install it once, then trigger it from any Claude conversation by typing /lead-it. No browser extension to get flagged. No dashboard to log into. No tab to leave open.

02How is this different from Apollo, Smartlead, or Gojiberry?

Those tools speed up the writing half of outbound, the part you were going to do anyway. Lead It compresses the thinking half: who to message, when, and why. The human part shrinks from 90 minutes to 5. We compare them line-by-line in Section 5.

03Will my LinkedIn account get banned?

Not if you run it as designed. Lead It Local enriches and queues messages on your machine using human-paced patterns. No headless browsers, no API scraping, no automated send. You hit send inside LinkedIn, the way you always did. Across 14,000+ messages from operators in private beta: zero bans, zero warnings.

Caveat: if you're already on a 5-strike LinkedIn warning, no tool can save you. We'll tell you that before you buy.

04What's the actual difference between Local and Cloud?

Same product, two ownership models. Local is a one-time purchase ($1,497 founders' price) that runs entirely on your machine. Your prospect data never leaves your laptop. Cloud is a $199/mo subscription that adds cross-device sync, server-side scoring that improves as the network grows, and hosted enrichment that runs while your laptop is closed. Switch between them whenever you want.

05Do I need a Sales Navigator subscription?

Yes. Sales Navigator Core ($99/mo from LinkedIn) is required. The ICP Builder generates Sales Nav filter URLs, and the trigger feeds rely on Sales Nav lead lists. We don't resell it; you keep your existing seat. If you don't have one, the 14-day free LinkedIn trial covers your onboarding window.

06How much will I actually send per day?

Most operators run 18-25 first-touches per day on a single LinkedIn account, plus 30-40 reply turns. The Skill enforces account-safe limits automatically and slows down if LinkedIn's rate signals shift. Cloud users on multi-account orchestration push 60-80/day across two accounts, but that's a cash-flow choice, not a default.

07What if I'm not technical? Can I install a Skill?

Installing a Skill is one click in Claude, same as a Chrome extension. You don't write code, configure APIs, or touch a terminal. The 20-minute Onboarding Walkthrough Video covers the whole setup, including connecting LinkedIn and importing your first ICP.

08What happens to my data if I cancel?

Local: nothing. Your data was always on your machine. Cancel and the Skill stops; the database stays. Cloud: we hold your data for 60 days, then purge. You can export everything (prospects, threads, templates) as JSON or CSV from inside the Skill, any time, with one command.

09What's the catch on the Pipeline Promise?

You have to actually run the Daily Routine 4 of 5 weekdays for 30 days. The Skill tracks the streak itself, so it's not a paperwork burden, but if you skip half the days you don't qualify. That's the only condition. We don't ask why you want a refund, don't pitch you on staying, don't make you fill out a form. One email, three business days.

10Does this work for cold email, or only LinkedIn?

Both. The Skill drafts and queues for LinkedIn DMs, LinkedIn InMails, and cold email, using the same ICP, triggers, and reply playbook. Most operators run a 70/30 LinkedIn-to-email split; the Skill handles the channel routing per prospect based on where they're more responsive.

§A NOTE FROM THE BUILDERS

We built Lead It because we were the people it's for.

Two of us ran outbound at companies you've heard of. We hated it. Not because cold prospecting is hard. Because the tools sold us speed for the wrong half of the work. We didn't need to write faster. We needed to think less about who to write to and when.

So we wrote a Skill that does the thinking part. It runs inside Claude, where most of us already spend half our day. It owns the queue, the timing, and the boring research. We own the human moment. The 30 seconds it takes to read a draft and hit send.

If you've tried Apollo, Smartlead, or the latest LinkedIn automation tool and felt the same fatigue, this is built for you. If you haven't, it's built for the version of you that would have, six months from now.
